Returns and Refunds
  1. Honey Creek Cottage (HCC) specializes in Country Primitive and Shabby Chic home décor products. Many of the items we sell are designed to look primitive, antique, rustic or distressed. Techniques like tea-dye and other staining, real or simulated rusting, scratches and dings in the paint or wood etc., are intentional and contribute to the aged look. These completely hand-made items may vary slightly from the samples displayed and from each other. This is not a defect. Please keep this in mind before you ask for a refund or return an item.
  2. If you are ever not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund minus all shipping charges within 14 days of it arriving at your destination.
  3. All returns must be issued an RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization) number by HCC or they can not be accepted or processed. Please use the Contact Us form on this site to request an RMA and enter "RMA Request" in the subject block.
  4. Refunds will be credited to the account used to make the purchase when the returned product arrives back at HCC.
  5. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning an item.
We utilize a Flat Rate Shipping Method based on the following:*

  2. We Currently Offer Ground-Only shipping to the Lower 48 Contiguous United States.
  3. Please Allow 7-10 Business Days Processing Time.
  4. Please Allow 7-10 Days for ground shipping.
  5. We Ship Best Way using our choice of carrier (UPS or USPS).
  6. Expedited Shipping and Rush Processing Are Not Available At This Time.
  7. Processing and Shipping Times are a Guidline and Not Guaranteed, and may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
  8. Tracking info will be posted on your Order Status page when available.
